Ege Profil Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. (the Company) is a company registered in Izmir. The principal business activity of the Company is to manufacture and sell all kinds of plastic pipes and spare parts thereof, as well as all kinds of profiles and plastic items.

Ege Profil was founded in 1981 under the name Namık Mazhar Zorlu ve Oğulları Plastik Profil Sanayii Kollektif Şirketi. In 1982, after changing its title, the Company gained its current status. In 1993, the Company offered its shares to the public and has been traded on BIST since then.

The dynamics of the sector changed in 2000 with the acquisition of the Company's majority shares by the Deceuninck Group, which is unequivocally the biggest PVC profile manufacturer in the world.

Our Company operates in the PVC profile sector under two brands: Egepen Deceuninck and Winsa. Each brand has its own products, production facilities, and sales-marketing channels.

Egepen Deceuninck branded products are produced in the Izmir factory, which has a 15,000 sqm indoor area and a machinery park with a capacity of 59,841 tons, without sacrificing world-class production quality and by utilizing environmentally friendly processes. Winsa branded products are produced in the Kocaeli (Izmit) factory, which has a 34,231 sqm indoor area and a machinery park with a capacity of 41,490 tons. Both brands have Regional Directorates in Izmir, Istanbul, Ankara, and Adana. There are approximately 250 producing dealers and over 550 sales points belonging to the Winsa brand, and approximately 450 producing dealers and an estimated 1,850 sales points belonging to the Egepen brand.

As Ege Profil, our presence in the world market is increasing day by day. Ege Profil started business in India by acquiring a warehouse and a branch in 2012, collaborated with Deceuninck Importadora Limitada Company by acquiring 99% of its shares in 2013, and in 2014, Ege Profil acquired Althera PVC LTDA, a distributor in Brazil. In light of new trends, our Company entered the aluminum sector in 2013 with its brand, Winsa.

Egepen Deceuninck and Winsa brands are offered through a wide dealer network within the country, allowing end-users to easily access the products. Customer expectations are met at the utmost level through new products and technological developments, dealer training seminars, applied operational trainings, and technical publications.

Our company, currently having the widest product range in the sector, continues its production activities using more than three hundred in-house-developed molds. Our sales volume, which increases with the faith our dealers have in our brands and through their endeavors to ideally meet customer expectations, makes our superiority felt by our competitors. Our exports and imports are mainly to/from European countries, American countries, Asian countries, African countries, and Australia.
